Job description

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior IT Project Manager foucused on a Snowflake implementation / Data Integration project position! This is an 18 month contract and will be remote in United States.
This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead and manage high-priority, complex projects impacting multiple business functions and technical teams within a 250+ person data modernization program
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Snowflake platform technical teams and the data horizontals team, translating technical requirements and ensuring seamless communication across workstreams
  • Manage the Snowflake workstream for a critical servicing modernization initiative, ensuring alignment of build layers, retrofit plans, and integrated project plans
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, risk management plans, and communication strategies using requirement-gathering techniques
  • Ensure execution of project tasks by maintaining Jira hygiene, tracking data delivery pipelines, managing weekly routines with technical teams, and escalating issues as needed
  • Monitor and control project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to identify variances, implement corrective actions, and communicate status to all stakeholders
  • Coordinate data flow dependencies and integration points across upstream and downstream systems that feed critical regulatory reporting
  • Identify and manage project risks, intersection points, prioritization needs, and negotiation of deliverables across multiple concurrent system replacements and modernization efforts
  • Build project team cohesiveness by leading, mentoring, and facilitating cooperation to ensure efficient execution and timely delivery

What You'll Need to Have:
  • 5+ years of IT project management experience with proven ability to manage complex, multi-functional initiatives
  • Snowflake implementation experience with strong understanding of Snowflake platform architecture, build processes, and data integration patterns
  • Solid understanding of data flows, data integration stages (ingestion, cleansing, transformation), and how data moves through systems
  • Technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and reporting solutions to be able to work with both the Snowflake Technical Team and the business teams.
  • Strong experience with SDLC methodologies, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and working directly with engineering and development teams
  • Demonstrated tactical execution skills including creating detailed project plans, managing timelines, tracking work in Jira, and ensuring team accountability
  • Proven ability to identify technical risks, manage dependencies, and facilitate decision-making across technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience working at the intersection of project management and agile delivery, translating between technical teams and business leadership

Pay Range: $60-$65/hr
