A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our Integrated Powertrain Solutions (IPS) team as an Integration Manager, where you will lead transformative programs that enhance repair, overhaul, and service capabilities for aeroderivative gas turbines. You will collaborate across engineering, operations, supply chain, commercial, finance, logistics, and external partners to drive Project Maverick, focusing on building long-term LM2500 overhaul and repair capabilities while minimizing reliance on external Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) providers. Imagine being the key link between Siemens Energy, RWG Repair & Overhauls, and external partners, aligning schedules, budgets, technical work, and business goals. Your day will involve leading stakeholder reviews, resolving supply chain challenges, coordinating global teams, and managing risks to ensure strategic programs remain on track. This role requires domestic and international travel, providing you with the opportunity to engage frequently with senior leaders and external partners.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Lead strategic repair, overhaul, and capability-development programs for aeroderivative gas turbines, with a specific focus on LM2500 overhaul, engine testing, and component repair.
  • Serve as the main program coordinator, collaborating effectively with engineering, operations, product management, supply chain, logistics, commercial, finance, and external partners to achieve project goals.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, milestone schedules, executive dashboards, action trackers, and risk plans to ensure program success.
  • Facilitate stakeholder reviews, executive meetings, and cross-functional workshops, while proactively escalating key issues and aligning decisions across teams.
  • Support the development of business cases, CAPEX plans, workload forecasts, commercialization plans, and long-term service growth initiatives to drive strategic objectives.
  • Drive production and operational readiness by ensuring that processes, tooling, documentation, facilities, resources, and teams are fully prepared for sustainable service delivery.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business, operations management, supply chain, or a related field - associate's degree will be considered with strong industry equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years' experience leading complex industrial projects, preferably in gas turbines, rotating equipment, aerospace, energy services, overhaul, manufacturing, or repair. Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License (substitute for no bachelor's degree), PMP, One PM, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and commercial functions; Strong skills in project governance, risk management, milestone planning, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication.
  • Experience collaborating with suppliers, repair facilities, international partners, and distributed teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Proven business and financial expertise in business case development, CAPEX planning, forecasting, and investment analysis. Effective communicator and influencer who drives alignment across teams, manages ambiguity, and prioritizes strategic initiatives.
  • Willing to travel 40% domestically and internationally.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
