Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Integration Architect with strong AI and Salesforce experience. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying GenAI/LLM powered applications and integrating AI models with enterprise IT systems.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. (Equivalent practical experience may be considered)
• Relevant Certifications on AI, ML, GenAI and Agentic AI disciplines
• 8-10 years Experience as an Integration Architect.
• 2+ years of experience designing, developing and deploying GenAI/LLM powered applications/products
• 1+ years of experience building and integrating Agentic AI systems, including planning, reasoning, and decision-making components.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, transformers, LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen, LLamaIndex etc.).
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including text generation, understanding, and summarization.
• Experience with Reinforcement Learning (RL) algorithms and their application to agent training.
• Experience working with large datasets and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, IBM, Salesforce).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Experience with either Agentforce (primarily) or Salesforce Einstein
• Experience integrating AI models with enterprise IT systems.
Preferred:
• Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models.
• Experience with knowledge graphs and semantic reasoning.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and their coordination.
• Experience with explainable AI (XAI) techniques.
• Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
