• Conduct in-depth client assessments and develop individualized therapeutic plans tailored to address specific client needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term counseling.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, families, and couples, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accountability and quality of care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and seminars to keep abreast of the latest research and therapeutic techniques in the mental health field.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and execute holistic treatment approaches that encompass medical and psychological care.

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who face barriers to mental health care. The clinic places a strong emphasis on fostering an inclusive and culturally sensitive treatment environment, allowing you to make a tangible impact on the lives of those who may have experienced trauma, stigma, or lack of access to adequate resources.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical mental health setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team to provide comprehensive client care.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) software and related technologies.

• Specialization or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral networks to assist clients seeking additional support.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, dependent on experience and client caseload.
