Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as part of the Product Line Execution (PLE) team for the NASAMS Launcher Product Line. Primary responsibility of the Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) is complete program life cycle execution of all NASAMS Launcher scope in support of their NASAMS PMO customers. The IPTL will serve as the primary liaison between the Product Line and the PMOs and be accountable for successful execution to contract requirements including budget, schedule, and technical performance. This position will maintain program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools such as EVMS, IPDS and PRISM. Challenges the IPTL may face include the ability to support multiple PMOs, interfacing with USG/Foreign customer, and production capacity ramps. This position will apply disciplined program management processes and tools to achieve successful execution of program requirements. The IPTL will work closely with the NASAMS Sub-IPTs (engineering), Product Line Execution Lead, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering Cross Product Teams (CPTs), and PMO Leadership. As a manager in the NASAMS Launcher Product Line, the program lead will also support new and sustaining business activities to include proposals, appropriations requests (ARs), and strategic planning; with a focus on product line optimization, affordability, and continuous production.

What You Will Do

Integrated Product Team Lead responsible as part of NASAMS launcher Product Line Execution team. Execute and improve cadence (battle rhythm) and actionable metrics to achieve goals and achieve increase throughput of builds. Partnering with internal factories and suppliers to achieve program commitments. Directly support entire financial cadence, including risk and opportunity process in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations. Leading with influence for matrix team development and organization. Meeting commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations. Display strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills, and comfortably interact with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadership. Support programs through various phases, including proposal and contract close-out activities.

Qualifications You Must Have
  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, one of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, and/or administrative functions
  • Experience supporting, managing, tracking, and/or reporting through EAC review and customer Program Management Reviews (PMR) or similar metrics.
  • Prior Program/Project Management experience specifically with cost, schedule, and technical performance
  • Prior Production experience
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and start-up packages for management review and approval.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across functional disciplines, manage multiple tasks, requirements and commitments and interface successfully with numerous stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a strong understanding or risk & opportunity management and mitigation/capture best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills are necessary for interfacing with customers, suppliers, and team members with varying backgrounds and experience dealing with challenging situations.
  • Program Management Level 6 Certification (within 12 months of hire)

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
