As Marketing Manager, you'll own and execute integrated marketing initiatives that drive traffic, generate leads, strengthen brand awareness, and increase vehicle sales.

What You'll Do

As Marketing Manager, you'll own and execute integrated marketing initiatives that drive traffic, generate leads, strengthen brand awareness, and increase vehicle sales.

Strategic Marketing
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives

  • Build integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, traditional media, radio, television, events, and paid advertising

  • Identify opportunities to increase market share and improve customer acquisition

  • Partner with executive leadership to develop promotional strategies and branding initiatives

Campaign Management
  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Manage advertising budgets and maximize return on marketing investment

  • Coordinate pricing promotions, dealership events, and seasonal campaigns

  • Oversee media buying and agency/vendor relationships

Brand & Content Leadership
  • Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints

  • Develop compelling marketing content including:

    • Social media campaigns

    • Video content

    • Vehicle promotions

    • Digital advertisements

    • Print collateral

    • Email campaigns

    • Presentations

    • Sales materials

  • Monitor and strengthen AutoSavvy's online reputation through review management and customer engagement

  • Build reports and dashboards that provide actionable recommendations

  • Use data to continually improve campaign performance and marketing ROI

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Inventory, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Executive Leadership

  • Ensure marketing initiatives accurately reflect current inventory, pricing, promotions, and dealership objectives

  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while managing priorities and deadlines

Community Engagement
  • Represent AutoSavvy at community events, sponsorships, trade shows, recruiting events, and promotional activities

  • Identify partnership opportunities that expand brand awareness and customer engagemen

What We're Looking For

You should have:

  • Proven experience developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid advertising, SEO, social media, email marketing, and customer acquisition

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:

  • CRM and marketing automation platforms

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)

  • Canva

  • Video production and editing

  • Automotive marketing experience is a plus but not required.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including campaign strategy, digital marketing, analytics, and brand management

  • Demonstrated success managing marketing campaigns with measurable business results

  • Experience managing agency relationships, vendors, or media buying is preferred
