Job Description Leads integrated marketing management for assigned brand. Responsible for communication strategy, integrated campaign management, and always-on efforts that drive enduring relevance and distinction for the assigned brand its businesses, ensuring flawless execution (measured by effectiveness, timeliness, and cost efficiency); champion of masterbrand equity and identity, its integration and management that bring the brands to life. Subject matter expert for integrated campaign and always-on approach, brand guidelines, campaign and always-on integration and management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages integrated marketing governance over their assigned Globe telco portfolio of brands and businesses, coming from marketing mastery of the Globe telco portfolio - its consumer segments, its businesses, its owned or desired brand attributes and equities to protect, its brand identity and attendant guidelines, its assets across channels, talents, and product or business synergies which can be maximized.

  • Manages and ensures flawless integrated marketing campaigns and always-on efforts (measured by effectiveness, timeliness, and cost efficiency).

  • Identifies integration opportunities across the telco portfolio leading to topline strategic direction for integrated marketing campaigns and always-on efforts to ensure that segment-focused, business-focused, or product-focused executions are faithful to the masterbrand.

  • Provides guidance for brand playbook development and maintenance, ensuring alignment with insights, consumer profiles, and business imperatives that fall within each segment for their assigned Globe telco portfolio of brands and businesses.

  • Develops and manages all integrated marketing campaign and always-on briefs prior to start of development and execution for their assigned Globe telco portfolio of brands and businesses. Also vets all integrated marketing and always-on strategies, resulting ideas, creative work (internal and external), and executions across channels before or in parallel with proponent approval for their assigned Globe telco portfolio of brands and businesses.

  • Guides the integrated marketing strategy and development of integrated marketing campaigns and/or always-on efforts for their assigned Globe telco portfolio of brands and businesses to ensure they are planned to meet brand and business objectives in the short- and long-term.

  • Acts as steward for all creative, regulatory, and research agency relationships, representing Globe's interests when facing agencies for their assigned Globe telco portfolio of brands and businesses, overseeing commercial negotiations for scope and work and fees, overseeing administrative requirements for contracts, Scope of Work, and related requirements, ensuring all fees are cost-efficient and all deliverables are completed flawlessly (measured by effectiveness, timeliness, and cost efficiency).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7-10 years in Integrated Marketing or Brand Management

  • Expert in launching integrated campaigns (multi-platform)

  • College Graduate in any Business/Marketing course
