Overview
We're hiring a Senior Specialist, Integrated Marketing, to join our AMS Marketing team and drive our marketing seasonal plans across all channels. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, you'll collaborate closely across teams in a highly cross-functional and matrixed environment.
The Senior Specialist Integrated Marketing is responsible for the planning and implementing of go-to-market brand campaigns and regional initiatives which drive brand momentum and relevance. This individual will also take charge of planning and accomplishing our partnerships and sport category. This role will assist the full Integrated Marketing team on strategy and purpose priorities, while continuing to keep the Crocs brand connected to key cultural trends and moments. This position involves collaborating across global and regional marketing channel teams, including DTC, Wholesale, sales and global marketing teams.
What You'll Do
  • Understand and champion the Crocs Americas marketing strategy, finding opportunities to activate key business priorities and brand objectives
  • Identify Americas consumer, cultural, and business insights to shape campaign positioning, develop seasonal marketing plans, and build strategies that connect Crocs to relevant cultural moments
  • Support the Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing in delivering Americas-exclusive partnerships and wholesale SMU programs, handling external partner relationships, leading all aspects of marketing approvals, aligning with Global Partnerships counterparts, and driving integrated collaboration campaigns
  • Contribute to integrated marketing activation planning and lead execution across key brand, product, and franchise initiatives, coordinating cross-functional collaborators to deliver impactful consumer experiences
  • Develop clear and actionable briefs for agency partners, translating business objectives and marketing strategies into effective campaign or activation concepts and project deliverables
  • Analyze campaign performance, consumer behavior, and market trends to advise future marketing strategies and optimize business results

What You'll Bring to the Table
  • BS or BA in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5+ years of marketing experience; knowledge of footwear industry and/or brand marketing experience preferred
  • Passion for culture, fashion, sport, entertainment, and emerging consumer trends, with a strong understanding of how brands can authentically show up in culture
  • Extensive knowledge of collaborative marketing, go-to-market planning, and channel strategy
  • Experience bringing to bear consumer insights, market research, and performance data to advise marketing recommendations and campaign execution
  • Proven track record to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Experience managing collaboration among diverse internal teams, agency partners, and external collaborators
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing business needs
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to travel up to 15-20% of the time
