Job Description
You will be an Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM) - Level 3 in support of F-22 Modernization and
Sustainment contracts.
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will assist the lead ILSM in all Modernization and Sustainment integration activities associated within the portfolio and provide cradle to grave integration support across the F-22 enterprise.
Your overarching F-22 Program responsibilities include: design for Sustainment upfront, plan and support all sustainment aspects of development through to production and deployment, plan and execute a smooth transition from development to production and deployment, and plan all aspects of sustainment post mod through lifecycle of fielded products.
Your scope will also include researching and modeling material movement, repair and supply status for material in GOLDesp and SAP. Provide detailed briefs to Program Office and other program stakeholders to present status and concerns to the Modernization execution effort. You will support requirements for implementation of Support Equipment, Spares, Repairs, Kit Management, Tech Manuals, Training, Material Requirements, Supplier Coordination, Activation, Modification, and Depot Requirements. You will also support the creation of internal and external executive-level presentations to ensure messages are communicated correctly and consistently.
Additionally, you will work closely with the Program Management team to ensure comprehensive logistics, sustainment planning, and support requirements meet contractual obligations. You will actively support regularly scheduled meeting(s) with suppliers and customers and work directly with items analysts, supply chain management (SCM), contracts, pricing, customer representatives and with shipping entities to ensure timely attention, tracking, status of items in repair and/or procurement. This is a high visibility position, and you must be able to work independently as well as be a team player and be willing to support other team members on proactive basis in any capacity needed.

Basic Qualifications
- Holds an Active DoD Security clearance.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Elements: Spares, Support Equipment, Technical Orders, Training, Depot Requirements, and Maintenance Planning in aerospace or a related field.
- Experience working with and integrating across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, and/or Operations).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel an PowerPoint, including executive-level briefings and metric reporting.
Desired skills
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Integrated Logistics - Support, sustainment operations, or a related logistics/supply chain discipline
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Direct experience with the F-22 Raptor or equivalent 5th gen fighter sustainment data systems and program specific logistics tools
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts and Control Account Management (CAM).
- Experience authoring or supporting Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for proposals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) or modifications/modernization programs.

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $93,800 - $162,610. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
