US Citizenship required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop avionics subsystems, power systems, PCBs, wiring harnesses, and electronic assemblies.

  • Perform analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design for control, communication, propulsion, and power applications.

  • Conduct requirements development, trade studies, verification testing, and release-to-production activities.

  • Integrate and validate custom and COTS avionics hardware for ground and flight systems.

  • Support avionics mission assurance, safety requirements, and process improvements.

Qualifications
  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

  • Hands-on experience with PCB design, schematic capture, integration, and testing (Altium preferred).

  • Experience with microcontrollers, power management/distribution, RF systems, and sensor interfaces.

  • Knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, including Ethernet communications and ARM-based systems.

  • Proficiency using electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, etc.).

  • Understanding of EMI, bonding, grounding, and systems engineering principles.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • U.S. Citizenship required; must be eligible for a DoD Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications
  • MS degree in a relevant engineering discipline.

  • Aerospace, spacecraft, UAV, aircraft, or launch vehicle avionics experience.

  • Familiarity with UART, RS-232/422/485, CAN, SPI, Ethernet, RTDs, thermocouples, and industrial I/O.

  • Knowledge of aerospace and military standards such as MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, RCC-319/324, and NASA-8739.
