As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of couples and families.
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, offering support and strategies to improve communication and resolve conflicts.
• Providing individual therapy for family members, addressing issues such as grief, trauma, separation, and blended family dynamics.
• Specializing in a variety of critical areas, including alcohol abuse, psychological abuse, blended family adaptation, communication difficulties, and adjustment to life transitions.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and digital tools to enhance the therapeutic experience and track progress.
• Collaborating with other health professionals and participating in case consultations to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Your clinical work will encompass a diverse client population, providing therapy to individuals of all ages—from children and adolescents to adults. The ideal candidates for this position must meet the following criteria:

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

While the minimum qualifications are a must, preferred candidates will also demonstrate:

• Prior clinical experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Flexible availability, with a willingness to provide therapy for 30 hours or more each week.
