• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' orthopedic conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions involving active and passive exercises tailored to individual rehabilitation goals.
• Provide guidance on activities of daily living, assistive device training, and strategies for maintaining functional mobility.
• Educate patients and their families on proper care strategies and lifestyle modifications for improved health outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and progress in compliance with state regulations and insurance requirements while actively communicating with team members about patient care strategies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and maintain licensure.

As an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work closely with a diverse patient population who may be recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. This role is essential in helping patients regain mobility and independence while fostering their overall well-being. Utilizing evidence-based practices, your interventions will address not only physical rehabilitation but also the emotional and psychological aspects of recovery, paving the way for a holistic healing process.

• Valid California State License to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution or foreign equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and collaborate with other healthcare providers.
• Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Previous experience working in outpatient orthopedic settings.
