Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, PA of Little Rock, AR is looking to hire an Outbound Intake Specialist to join us at our personal injury law office. The hours for this position are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday. THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INTAKE SPECIALIST
As an Intake Specialist in our Intake department, you provide the first impression of our firm by being the first point of contact for all potential clients. By gathering information from the callers, you will use your critical thinking skills to determine prospective cases. This position resides in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment focusing on outbound calls, touching base with internet leads, following up with potential clients, and ensuring calls are appropriately followed through by the Attorneys. This position plays a vital role in providing new clients with excellent customer service.
Your positive, can-do attitude makes you a joy to work with for both clients and staff alike. While you are organized and love the satisfaction of getting things done, you are also a people person and enjoy interacting with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and fellow staff throughout your workday. Though you are self-directed and able to work independently, you are also a team player who collaborates well with everyone at the firm to make things happen for our clients. You feel great about working for an ethical firm where customer service is a priority and you can feel good about helping people through difficult times in their lives.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN INTAKE SPECIALIST
  • Excellent computer and typing skills, a minimum of 45 wpm
  • Excellent speaking and grammatical skills
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of law firm policies and procedures
  • The urgency to provide above-and-beyond customer service
PREFERRED
  • Customer Service and/or Call Center environment experience
  • Legal Experience
  • Medical Terminology

This is a full-time, 40-hour position. Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm OR 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday - Friday, in-office only.
