As an Intake Coordinator, you'll be the bridge between our Care Navigation team and local offices, ensuring every family receives outstanding service from the moment they begin their journey with us.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients from referral through handoff to the local office.
  • Complete intake documentation, verify insurance eligibility and benefits, and obtain authorizations for initial assessment services.
  • Maintain accurate client records and upload required documentation.
  • Track and manage assigned cases to ensure timely progress through the intake process.
  • Communicate with caregivers, health plans, internal departments, and local offices to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitor intake activities and recommend process improvements.
  • Meet department performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable federal, state, and company policies.
  • Support departmental projects and administrative initiatives as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Salesforce or Lumary is a plus.
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
