Intake Interns typically perform supervised, entry-level tasks during their training or education phase, focusing on initial client contact. Case Coordinators handle more complex case management duties, requiring experience and sometimes specific credentials. Both roles are common in social services and healthcare settings, but the Case Coordinator role involves greater responsibility and independence.
