Description

We are seeking an energetic, caring, and outgoing candidate for a case manager position at our law firm in the intake department. The candidate we are seeking for this position should be organized, professional, responsible, capable of working with limited supervision and committed to helping us meet all our clients' needs. There will be training for the beginning period before working with limited supervision. This person must be self-motivated, and able to keep up with a fast pace. This position will eventually require after-hour work on weeknights and weekends once candidate is fully trained.

Responsibilities and duties include:

  • Communicating with clients;
  • Communicating with insurance adjusters;
  • Data entry;
  • Investigating cases;
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times;
  • Misc. assignments.

Requirements

  • Required: Bilingual (Spanish & English)
  • Required: Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Required: High School Diploma
  • Preferred: Associates or Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred: Previous administrative or other professional office experience
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic individual
  • Someone who can provide excellent customer service skills
  • Someone who is reliable and trustworthy
  • Has own transportation
  • Able to meet deadlines

Compensation

  • Compensation: $21.00 to $26.00 per hour DOE
