Job description

Position Summary...The Project Manager, Product & Technology Legal Integration will own the operational coordination between Product strategy and Legal risk posture, driving speed, accuracy, and transparency at scale. You'll manage workflows, maintain governance documentation, and turn regulatory tracking data into insights that improve decisions. If you love simplifying complexity and building data-driven, scalable operations that support cross-functional legal work, this role puts you at the center of high-impact coordination across Product and Technology teams.
About the Team...
The Product & Technology Legal team ensures regulatory considerations are aligned early and consistently across the product portfolio. We operate as a cohesive bridge between Product, Technology, and Legal functions, standardizing how regulatory guidance is developed and delivered to reduce risk while increasing velocity. In this role, you'll partner with Legal, Product, Technology, and Compliance teams to connect people, process, and technology—maintaining governance frameworks while surfacing insights that help the organization scale responsibly and improve the stakeholder experience. What you'll do...
  • Own the end-to-end intake and tracking process for legal requests across product initiatives and roadmaps
  • Identify and implement automation into the legal intake and triage process, with direction from supervising attorneys
  • Coordinate scheduling and materials for cross-functional meetings within Global Governance, as well as between Legal and Product
  • Create analytical reports for Legal leadership related to intake volume, status, and cross-product implications
  • Plan and execute projects; track timelines, budgets, compliance, and resolve issues
  • Provide support, education, and assistance to team members and stakeholders on intake processes and tracking tools
  • Identify opportunities to prevent fragmented legal positions by surfacing cross-product implications early
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans
What you'll bring...
  • Proven project management experience within Legal, Compliance, Product Operations, or cross-functional program management
  • Hands-on experience with workflow tools and intake/tracking system design
  • Ability to turn data into insights; strong reporting and visualization skills
  • Must be highly proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong judgment and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • You're proactive, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in large cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • PMP or similar project management certification preferred
