About the Role

This position is ideal for a Medical Assistant who enjoys the administrative side of healthcare and wants to continue building a career in Revenue Cycle.

You'll help patients gain access to specialty infusion therapies by obtaining prior authorizations, verifying insurance benefits, coordinating referrals, and working closely with providers, insurance companies, and the Revenue Cycle team to ensure treatment can begin without unnecessary delays.

What You'll Bring

  • Medical Assistant experience with significant administrative responsibilities
  • 2+ years of prior authorization, intake, insurance verification, or referral experience
  • Working knowledge of commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid insurance
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy

Preferred Experience

  • Infusion, oncology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, neurology, or specialty clinic experience
  • AdvancedMD or similar EMR/practice management systems
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
