Responsibilities

As an Agency Sales Representative, you'll play an important role in growing our agency while helping clients find the right insurance solutions for their needs.

  • Build new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and proactive outreach, including cold calling.
  • Develop trusted relationships by understanding clients' needs and recommending personalized insurance solutions.
  • Educate individuals, families, and business owners on coverage options, including Auto, Home, Property, Commercial, and Life Insurance.
  • Consistently achieve individual sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Provide exceptional service that builds long-term client loyalty and retention.
  • Conduct regular policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional coverage that aligns with clients' changing needs.
  • Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and state regulations to provide knowledgeable, professional guidance.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment while continuously developing your skills and growing your career.

Requirements
