Farmers Insurance - Northwest team is seeking a fulltime Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving agency growth by engaging with prospective customers, identifying their unique insurance needs, and recommending tailored solutions that align with Farmers product offerings. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping individuals and families protect what matters most through comprehensive insurance coverage.


Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and responding promptly to inquiries across phone, email, and digital channels. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, following up on warm leads, conducting policy reviews, and meeting or exceeding established sales goals. This position requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate conversations with confidence and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Driving Sales: Actively quote and sell Home and Auto insurance policies to new prospects using agency-provided leads.
  • Cross-Selling & Portfolio Building: Identify opportunities to protect your clients further by introducing Commercial, Life Insurance, and Financial Services products.
  • Pipeline Management: Expertly manage inbound leads, follow up consistently, and guide prospects through the sales cycle from initial contact to close.
  • Client Advising: Assess client needs, explain complex coverage options simply, and customize insurance packages that best fit their families and businesses.
  • Relationship Building: Establish trust and build long-term relationships within the Worth community to drive referrals and retention.

Requirements
  • Active or ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (fully-paid by Farmers Insurance)
  • Proficiency in Communication and excellent Customer Service skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry is an advantage but not mandatory
