You will work alongside an established Farmers agency owner, gaining hands-on experience in sales, customer relationships, business operations, and entrepreneurship.


This is not a traditional insurance job. This is an opportunity to develop the skills, confidence, and experience needed to build a career with long-term ownership potential.


We are looking for someone who is excited about sales, enjoys building relationships, and has the ambition to eventually create something of their own.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside an experienced agency owner who will mentor and guide your development
  • Learn how a successful insurance business operates, including sales, marketing, customer service, and business management

Requirements
