$50,000 - $60,000 base salary with a bonus structure in place to earn over $100,000 a year! There is a $3,000 raise after the probation period (or paid health insurance benefits). Bonuses and commissions are paid every month based on the business written and goals attained. A solid client base along with constant referrals from several states give a licensed producer many opportunities to write business. If a person secures an additional license, there is a $2,000 raise per license (P/C, L/H). There is a lot of opportunity for growth in the short term and long term - financial, professional, personal. This position is a great opportunity for an ambitious person who has excellent professional skills. This firm has been serving the local community and many states for over 28 years. We write policies for many of the top insurance carriers in the country (P/C, L/H). We also provide many financial services for clients and provide athlete management.
Some of the typical daily functions include: providing quotes, writing insurance business and following up. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills. Professionalism, competence, honesty, diligence, integrity, excellent work ethic, the ability to learn, self-motivation, organization and pride in being an achiever are essential. There is big potential for upward mobility which will lead to substantial increases in income and recognition within a short period of time.
