If you're an experienced insurance producer who is tired of spending half your day handling service work instead of writing new business, we'd love to talk.

At Suburban MD Insurance Associates, our agency is structured so producers can focus on what they do bestselling. We have a dedicated service team that handles policy servicing, allowing our sales team to spend their time quoting, closing, and building relationships with new customers.

We also invest heavily in marketing and paid lead generation. You'll have access to a consistent flow of inbound opportunities, giving you the ability to spend less time hunting for prospects and more time writing business.


Previous Allstate experience is strongly preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly encouraged to apply as we continue expanding our Spanish-speaking customer base

  • Quote and sell Auto, Home, Condo, Renters, Motorcycle, Umbrella, and other personal lines products
  • Handle inbound leads and follow up on agency-generated opportunities
  • Build referral relationships and cross-sell existing customers
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently achieve production goals
  • Make sales & close business
