We are seeking an experienced, motivated Insurance Sales Representative who consistently produces at a high level and values strong client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, goal-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will focus on generating new business, maintaining a strong book of business, and delivering solutions that meet customers needs while working alongside a team that operates at a high level, stays consistent, and crushes goals together.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Previous sales experience (3 years).
  • Must have your Property & Casualty License.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and a fast learner.
  • Goal-oriented and reliable.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and stay organized.
  • Experience working for Allstate is a plus.
