Sales Representative & Trainer

Allegiant Business Group
Full-Time | B2B / Direct Sales
Compensation: $85,000–$105,000 per year (draw pay, commissions, and bonuses)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends as needed
Location: Local Territory (In-person)

Your Role

You'll work as an independent contractor, building your own book of business while helping your teammates grow. You'll meet clients face to face, present supplemental insurance solutions, and mentor new team members. This role is perfect if you're patient, dependable, and motivated by helping others succeed.

What You'll Do
  • Share supplemental insurance solutions and build relationships with business owners, managers, and employees

  • Lead individual and group presentations, from small meetings to teams of 50+

  • Mentor new team members and help them develop their sales skills

  • Manage your book of business, follow up on leads, and support team goals
