What Youll Do (Daily)

Prospect aggressively through outside sales, referrals, networking, and community outreach

Generate and close new business across Auto, Home, Business, and Life Insurance

Conduct high impact policy reviews to upsell, cross sell, and retain clients

Negotiate policies confidently while aligning with company guidelines

Follow up relentlesslyleads, quotes, renewals, and referrals

Execute marketing and lead generation strategies to dominate your local market

Deliver strong customer service that turns clients into long term relationships

Maintain accurate documentation and sales activity records

Use data and market trends to identify new revenue opportunities
