Farmers Insurance - District 24 is looking to add a new Agency Manager in the Portland area. The metro area is rapidly growing, and our District is growing as well! Retail Agency Manager Program - You will go through extensive training based out of our District office. This is a six-figure sales/ownership opportunity. Agents are eligible for an exterior signage bonus, $5,000 office startup bonus and one of the best compensation plans in the industry. Responsibilities:

  • Utilize strong sales and negotiation skills to promote insurance products and services.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the insurance agency, including sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and benefits administration to clients.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality.
