Insurance Producer Full-Time | Onsite/Hybrid/Remote | Rexburg, ID 83440

We are currently seeking a motivated, Property & Casualty Insurance Producer to join our team in Rexburg, Idaho. This opportunity is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants uncapped income potential with long-term career growth.

As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will help individuals and families protect what matters most by offering customized Personal Lines insurance solutions through multiple national insurance carriers.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service
  • Identify client needs and recommend personalized Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, and other Personal Lines insurance solutions
  • Quote, bind, and close insurance policies with multiple carriers
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up consistently with prospects
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities
  • Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation

Qualifications
  • Active Idaho Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
  • Minimum 1 year of insurance sales or insurance industry experience preferred
  • Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Comfortable making outbound calls, following up on leads, and closing sales
  • Proficient with computer systems and CRM platforms

  • Experience with quoting multiple insurance carriers
