In the role of Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, providing ethical and compassionate mental health support.
• Utilize solution-based treatment modalities tailored to facilitate personal growth and emotional healing.
• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their personal experiences, emotions, and relationships to foster self-awareness and resilience.

Your primary focus will be on providing care to stable, low-acuity adults who are navigating a range of mental health needs. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• A current and valid state license allowing for independent practice in the state of Washington.
• Acceptable licenses include: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and Psychologist (PsyD).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to counseling.
• Proficiency in using technology for virtual counseling and a strong understanding of confidentiality and ethical standards.

While not mandatory, preferred experience includes:

• A background in solution-focused therapy and familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural sensitivities related to mental health.
• A professional history devoid of disciplinary actions against your license.

We offer a competitive salary that ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on your caseload. Additional benefits include:
