I opened my State Farm agency four years ago after spending nearly a decade with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where I worked my way from Management Trainee to Branch Manager. My background in leadership, customer service, and team development helped prepare me to build an agency focused on helping people while creating opportunities for others to grow and succeed.
I played Division I baseball at the College of Charleston and recently married my wife, Nathia. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active in the community and supporting local softball and Little League baseball teams. Building relationships and giving back to the community are important parts of both my personal and professional life.
Our agency currently consists of five team members, including both sales and service professionals. ROLE DESCRIPTION:As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jesse Mesa - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
