Mellisa Ray Agency, Inc. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant & Customer Support Specialist to join our insurance team in The Woodlands, TX. Responsibilities:
  • Provide front-line customer support by answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding insurance policies and coverage
  • Maintain and update client records in agency management systems to ensure data integrity
  • Assist agents with administrative tasks including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence
  • Handle billing inquiries and coordinate with insurance carriers on behalf of clients
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding documentation, payments, and policy renewals
  • Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth and professional client experience

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, or insurance support role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
