This full-time, onsite position at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package. • Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess the severity of conditions and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving set rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and advanced modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation, based on individual patient needs.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Train patients, caregivers, and family members on therapeutic exercises and the safe use of assistive devices, fostering an understanding of the rehabilitation process.
• Engage in regular professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about emerging practices in physical therapy.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to align on patient needs and share valuable insights for multidisciplinary care.

The Physical Therapist role primarily focuses on a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. You will work with both adults and children, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet their unique needs, ensuring each patient feels supported throughout their recovery journey.

• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active physical therapy license in the State of Virginia.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in documentation and electronic health record systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly in a fast-paced environment.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist is preferred.
• Experience working in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing individualized treatment plans and tracking patient progress effectively.
