This role is highly execution-oriented and customer-facing, focused on solution design, architectural review, and pre-sales support, with no initial people management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a hands-on solutions architect, partnering directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical architectures and system designs.
  • Review, design, and document solution architectures on a day-to-day basis, including producing diagrams, specifications, and technical requirements for engineering teams.
  • Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts by mapping customer business processes to TWG Global's existing technology stack, recommending appropriate architectures, and ensuring proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with delivery teams.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Comfort operating as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for solution quality and technical clarity.
  • Strong background in software engineering and solution architecture, with hands-on experience designing and implementing SaaS and cloud-based systems in production environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to map complex business requirements to technical architectures, producing clear specifications and requirements that engineering teams can execute against.
  • Experience working directly with customers in a solutions, pre-sales, or technical advisory capacity, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Solid understanding of modern cloud platforms, distributed systems, and enterprise software architectures, with practical experience reviewing and evaluating multiple architectural approaches.
  • Experience with data platforms or analytics-driven systems is a plus; familiarity with Palantir is beneficial but not required.

Benefits
Position Location:
This is an in-office, onsite position which can be based in Santa Monica, CA or New York, NY.
Compensation:The base pay for this position is $299,000 - $350,0000. A bonus will be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
Our organization is committed to diversity at the executive level and maintains an inclusive environment where all qualified applicants receive consideration regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
