RGL Logistics is now hiring an Operations Team Leader at our Appleton Facility!
We are looking for a positive, highly motivated self-starter to join our team! RGL's culture is to guide and develop our people, empower them to make decisions at the appropriate levels, and give them the tools to be successful and feel fulfilled, all in a safe and healthy environment.

THIS LEADER WILL MAINLY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
  • Training and leading RGL operations' employees in the areas of safety, quality, productivity and positive employee relations.
  • Continuous improvement approach to enhance desired business results and eliminate waste.
  • Motivating the workforce with coaching, feedback, and recognition, and applying disciplinary actions if needed.
  • Monitoring and maintaining warehouse operations systems (i.e. WMS, LMS, etc.)
  • Scheduling and adjusting warehouse personnel to optimize service, productivity, and associate fulfillment.
  • Approving time and attendance for employees.
  • Following up timely on customer service related inquiries as needed.
  • Following all safety rules and guidelines as it pertains to the position.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent direct work experience supervising people and processes.
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
  • Technologically savvy; proficient in Microsoft office suite.
  • Proven organization skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
