Job description

At Chick-fil-A On The Rock Road, Team Leaders are responsible for leading shifts, supporting

daily operations, developing Team Members, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a

fast-paced environment. This role works closely with the leadership team to ensure operational

excellence through strong communication, accountability, and servant leadership while

overseeing assigned areas of the restaurant and executing opening or closing procedures as

needed.


We are currently hiring full-time Team Leaders, ages 18 and older, for both our Bridgeton and St.

Ann locations.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Team Members follow recipes and accurately prepare and bag all orders
  • Maintain accuracy with product weights, portions, and measurements
  • Lead the team to meet speed of service and operational goals
  • Ensure all workstations remain clean, stocked, and organized
  • Oversee proper cash handling and security procedures
  • Hold Team Members accountable to operational standards and policies
  • Monitor overall cleanliness of the dining room, restrooms, parking lot, and restaurant
  • Support daily operations by working alongside the team and leading by example
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to Team Members
  • Communicate performance concerns and policy violations to leadership
  • Uphold all Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and procedures with excellence
  • Exhibit a positive & servant's heart attitude with every customer and team interaction
  • Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
  • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • Multitask quickly, yet efficiently
  • Assist leadership in executing opening and closing procedures


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Leadership or Chick-fil-A experience is a plus
  • Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Team-oriented with a passion for serving others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and urgency
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand and remain active for extended periods of time 
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
