  • Act as liaison between business and development to manage requests for additional scope or process changes
  • Bridge business and IT during major issues, and provide ongoing support to the business as key issues arise
  • Stay current on business processes, strategy, and related system solutions to support continuous improvement
  • Participate in system design and configuration activities; translate functional/business specs into technical specs with the technical team
  • Develop customer-focused documentation for software solutions (e.g., wireframes, use cases, business rules)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
  • Experience interacting with executive leadership and software development teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills - able to convey business requirements and technical needs clearly and concisely
  • Excellent client and interpersonal skills; work effectively with internal and external partners
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable self-managing with ownership of your work
Preferred
  • Insurance industry experience, ideally in P&C Insurance or InsurTech (underwriting or sales background also relevant)
  • Curiosity and hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline BA deliverables and a willingness to explore new ways AI can improve speed and quality of analysis work
  • Experience with JIRA
