Direct Counsel is partnering with a top-tier technology and life sciences law firm seeking Corporate Associates for its dynamic and internationally recognized corporate practice. This group advises some of the most innovative startups and high-growth companies in the world—from early-stage disruptors to mature, publicly traded market leaders.

About the Role

The firm is seeking attorneys with 3+ years of sophisticated corporate law experience, specifically within:

  • Startup and emerging company representation

  • Venture capital financings (company- and investor-side)

  • General corporate governance

  • Strategic counseling for founders and high-growth teams

Candidates must bring:

  • Prior law firm experience (in-house experience is welcomed with a firm foundation)

  • A strong affinity for technology and life sciences clients
