Shottenkirk Chevrolet KIA of Quincy is looking for a customer-focused, organized, and motivated Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our growing team in Quincy, Illinois.

Pay

Responsibilities
  • Assist retail and wholesale customers with automotive parts purchases
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Accurately identify and look up parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership software
  • Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and special orders
  • Supply technicians with the correct parts in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate inventory and help stock incoming shipments
  • Organize and keep the parts department clean and orderly
  • Communicate order status and estimated arrival times with customers
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
  • Work closely with the service department to ensure efficient repairs
  • Follow dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines

Qualifications
