Indiana LCSW Telehealth Therapist | Remote Clinical Social Work Position

About the Role

Location: Indiana
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Employment Type: Full-Time
Annual Pay: $115,000–$120,000 with full benefits
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

As a Remote LCSW Therapist, you will provide structured, client-centered therapy to individuals receiving care through telehealth. Your work will include clinical interviews, ongoing therapy sessions, treatment planning, and documentation that supports quality care.

The day-to-day work centers on helping clients better understand their symptoms, build coping tools, work through barriers, and stay engaged in treatment. This is a direct clinical role for someone who values steady client interaction, organized care, and professional independence.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled therapy sessions with clients using secure video-based care
  • Evaluate client concerns, symptoms, risk factors, and treatment needs
  • Build individualized care plans with measurable clinical goals
  • Use evidence-informed therapy approaches based on client presentation
  • Document each session clearly and within required timeframes
  • Identify changes in client needs and update treatment direction as needed
  • Provide crisis support within the scope of outpatient telehealth care
  • Keep all client records private, accurate, and compliant with HIPAA standards

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Indiana
  • Previous clinical experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote work environment
  • Must maintain professional licensure and follow Indiana clinical practice requirements
