Position Overview:
The Sales Associate role is a full-time, salaried position with sales incentives, paid time off and best-in-class company-paid benefits. The first-year salary is guaranteed with an uncapped incentive to market and sell the following products:

Informed Choice provides inbound and outbound leads and cold calling is not required but highly encouraged to increase sales. Informed Choice has licenses in 3 states with a numerous number of (large and small) carriers to allow you to find the right fit for your clientโ€™s needs. Our incentive program is uncapped with many agents earning above $150,000 per year. As a Sales Associate, you will be supported by Client Service Representatives to help you manage and sell to your clients.
Experience Required:
  • State license, health and life insurance; required
  • High school diploma or equivalent; required
  • BA in finance, business, economics, or a related field is a plus
  • Spanish speaking is a plus!
