Job description

Our local Canyon Lake Allstate Agency is seeking high energy, driven and motivated individual to become part of our winning sales team. We have an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Representative.
Experience in property and casualty insurance sales is a must. An active Property and Casualty insurance license is required.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Help protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs
  • Be a team player to help grow the agency
  • Achieve sales goals through leads and referrals
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements
  • P&C license required
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Create relationships from a cold start.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Confident self-starter who works well independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
  • Sales experience and insurance experience required
  • Active Property and Casualty insurance license
