J.R. Orenstein State Farm Agency is looking for an experienced, bilingual Spanish Insurance Sales Manager who is ready to take ownership of an established sales team and help lead our agency to its next level of growth.


This is an opportunity for a proven sales leader who wants to make a real impact. Youll set the pace, develop our people, raise performance, and help turn a strong team into an even better one. Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the insurance sales team

Monitor sales calls and provide feedback

  • Run sales meetings, huddles, and performance check-ins
  • Track sales activity, production, pipelines, and team results
  • Review and share production reports with the agency owner
  • Hold team members accountable to goals, follow-up, and agency standards
  • Identify performance issues and help correct them quickly
  • Support training, onboarding, and sales process improvement
  • Maintain a positive, professional, high-performance culture
  • Lead by example with urgency, accountability, and strong sales discipline

Requirements
  • Insurance sales management experience required
  • Active New York Property & Casualty license required
  • Active New York Life & Health license required
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
  • Comfortable managing sales quotas, deadlines, and performance expectations
  • Able to address issues directly and professionally
  • Organized, solution-minded, and goal-driven
  • State Farm experience preferred
  • Must work in-office in Great Neck, NY
  • Fluent in Spanish (verbal & written)
