What You’ll Be Doing:

The Sales Manager is responsible for motivating and developing Sales Agents to drive better customer and employee experiences. This role identifies areas of opportunity and employs motivational leadership to increase operational quality and drive the continuous improvement of the Inside Sales Team.

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of high performing inside sales associates.
  • Create a positive and supportive winning sales culture that encourages collaboration and accountability.
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Ensure attainment of revenue goals and performance targets through regular monitoring of individual and team metrics (e.g., leads taken, calls made, conversion rates, on queue %) to identify and act on both positive and negative performance trends.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to develop sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Monitor sales calls to identify strengths and weaknesses in sales techniques, technical accuracy, and company policies.
  • Lead communication and follow up to ensure agents are fully informed of all current information related to products, procedures, customer needs and company-related issues, changes or actions.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Currently possess an Unrestricted Resident Property/Casualty Producer's License
  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three years of progressive call center leadership experience is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs and adaptability.
  • Ability to think analytically to identify qualitative or quantitative trends and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Effective problem solving/process improvement skills used to identify and resolve operational, customer-facing and/or employee relations problems.
  • One year of experience administering payroll functions in a highly complex commission-based structure.
  • Three years of experience leading team communications across multiple channels (email, newsletter, live presentation) that includes informational content over a frequent and regular cadence.
  • Three years of experience working across organizations, including Legal and Human Resources Departments to produce and maintain compliant sales scripting, standard operating procedures, and model for corrective actions/accountability.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
