We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team and deliver the comprehensive care our residents deserve.

  • Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely daily documentation of all patient care, observations, and interventions.

  • Efficiently transcribe physiciansโ€™ orders with precision and ensure correct implementation of treatment plans.

  • Coordinate proactively with the pharmacy for new medication orders and timely refills.

  • Prepare, accurately administer, and meticulously document medications as prescribed.

  • Collaborate synergistically with the interdisciplinary team and perform essential nursing duties as directed by the Director of Nursing.
