Job description

) Columbus Health and Rehab in Columbus, WI has a FULL TIME Day shift Registered Nurse (RN) position available now! We are the premier provider of a 49-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, looking for a dedicated RN to enhance the lives of those we serve. We also have Part time PM or PRN opportunity available for RN.

Competitive Pay, Starting at $39 no experience, up to $45 depending on years of experience

Flexible Schedule options, of either 8 or 12-hour shifts (day shift | accepting full-time or part-time Day, PM, and Night shifts)
Comprehensive Benefits, for full-time employees, including: medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, a flexible spending account (FSA), a 401(k) plan, paid time off (PTO), life insurance, continuing education unit (CEU) reimbursement, and direct deposit!
  • Sign On Bonus available up to $5000 for full time status and $2500 for part time status.

Requirements of Registered Nurse (RN):
  • RN License with the WI Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations
  • Experience as an RN in a long-term care setting, skilled or assisted living
  • Desire to work with the elderly
