Acting as the first point-of-contact to all guests and callers, theAdministrative Associateis responsible forgreeting guests, answering/routing phone calls and providing general administrative support, as needed.

A day inthe life-

  • Greeting and welcoming guests/clients, in person or over the telephone; answering and referring inquiries

  • Directing visitors bymaintainingemployee and department directories; giving instructions

  • Sorting and forwarding incoming faxes and emails received toappropriate departments

  • Handling incoming and outgoing couriers (including regular mail); open, stamp,sort,and label for distribution

  • Maintaining stock and availability of office supplies by ordering asrequired

  • Maintaining a safe and clean reception area bycomplying withprocedures, rules, and regulations

  • Providing supporton general administrative office services andis able torefer Brokers for specializedassistance

What youwillbringto our team-

  • Level 1 Insurance License is an asset, but notrequired

  • Secondary School Diploma

Salary Expectations -

The expected salary range for this position is$43,000 to $45,000 and will beimpactedby factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level.
