Job description

As a Risk Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. In this role you will: 

  • Be expected to travel globally as required to key projects and facilitate Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) workshops by collaborating closely with stakeholders to review project cost, schedule and risk information
  • Use facilitating best practices, engage collaboratively with risk owners to develop realistic risk impact assessments, seeking feedback from key subject matter experts’ to ensure any identified risks and mitigation efforts are accurately costed and scheduled
  • Develop a comprehensive risk register and risk profile for the project
  • Develop stress test scenarios on extreme risk events, and using expert risk analysis, present and deliver outputs to the wider team
  • On occasion, embed within a project team and set up the Risk Management process within the project and integrate it within the wider Client organization and their programme and portfolio Risk Management efforts
  • Support the wider team of risk management professionals by providing R&O training and updates on risk processes as required
  • Use your business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clients

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a relevant discipline 
  • Have experience in developing summary risk models from highly complex schedules in P6, capturing the critical and near critical float paths and fragnets material to the project risks
  • Have experience in delivering a Risk Management Service with a focus on Schedule Risk Analysis and Facilitation experience
  • Have an AACE PRMP, PMI-RMP, IRM or APM certification, or are on the path to completing one. We can help!
  • Have grown your experience over the last 12 years in the High Tech, Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, or Infrastructure industries
  • Have experience using industry risk management tools such as Safran Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, and familiarity with ARM, Xactium, RiskPredict!
  • Have a working knowledge of the principles contained in ISO 31000, COSO, AACE and PMI Risk Management guidelines
  • Thrive on balancing analytical and strategic approaches in your leadership
  • Are detail-oriented and quality-focused
  • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your priorities and deadlines
