Personal Lines Account Manager (High-Net-Worth)
Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and service-driven Personal Lines Account Manager to join an elite team of insurance professionals. In this role, you will work with a wide range of top-tier insurance carriers, giving you the flexibility to craft tailored risk management solutions for clients with sophisticated insurance needs. Many of our clients are high-net-worth individuals and families, making the work engaging, consultative, and deeply impactful.
You will collaborate with an experienced team of professionals-many holding prestigious CIC and CRM designations-who take immense pride in delivering exceptional service and expert risk guidance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Independently manage and service a dedicated portfolio of personal lines accounts, with a heavy focus on high-net-worth (HNW) clients and families.
  • Proactive Account Servicing: Oversee the full lifecycle of the account, including managing renewals, executing comprehensive coverage reviews, processing endorsements, and handling daily policy servicing requests.
  • White-Glove Client Service: Deliver trusted, elite-level advice and advisory-based support to sophisticated clients who require a highly personalized touch.
  • Carrier Collaboration: Partner with leading national and specialized insurance carriers to market accounts, negotiate terms, and secure optimal coverage structures.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary advisor for complex personal risk challenges.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Insurance Experience: Proven experience managing personal lines insurance accounts within an independent agency environment.
