CLIENT ADVISOR, SIGNATURE INSURANCE

The Client Advisor, Signature Insurance is dedicated to supporting the Signature Client Executive team, your strong customer service skills along with a high attention to detail are the keys to success in this role. This role is responsible for policy changes, remarket submissions (renewal and mid-term), proposal creation, corresponding with underwriters, managing and controlling administrative workflow, verifying and reviewing policy information and documentation for errors, advising brokers of errors and re-quest re-writes from underwriters, monitoring delays in documents to clients (internal or external), calling clients for payment reminders, taking client calls for pink cards, processing changes on broker portals, reviewing renewals and identifying missing coverages and setting up claims and following up with clients/adjustors on the status of claim.

LOCATION AND STATUS

  • Kelowna, BC
  • Full-time, permanent
  • Pay Range: Acera's total compensation offerings are based on pay for performance that recognizes exceptional individual and company performance.  The typical hiring range for this position is from $55,000 - $70,000 CAD annually; the pay offering is based on location and will vary depending on related education, insurance experience, proven knowledge, skills, and internal equity. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of related experience in the insurance industry with a strong working knowledge of personal lines products
  • Experience servicing Signature Insurance clients would be considered an asset
  • BC Level 2 General Insurance License 
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma/certificate in Business, Sales/Marketing, Risk Management, or related discipline is an asset
  • CIP designation is an asset
