GSA National has an exciting career opportunity for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of payroll and benefits data, processing financial reports, and providing exceptional support to clients and employees. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while delivering high-quality service. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, coupled with a strong attention to detail, will be key to your success in this position.


How you'll make an impact
  • Payroll and Benefits Data Review: Review payroll files and benefits system data for accuracy, including calculating arrears and refunds to ensure timely processing for clients.
  • Premium Reporting Analysis: Analyze premium data and generate reports for financial importing and reporting purposes, ensuring all financials are accurately tracked and processed.
  • Census Data Management: Accurately process and maintain census data within internal benefits and payroll systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
  • Client and Vendor Collaboration: Lead meetings and facilitate training sessions for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on benefits-related matters.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to client employees, offering guidance and assistance regarding benefit inquiries, Premium Reserve issues, and other benefits-related concerns via phone and email.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

The target salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 (US Dollar) annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. Remote work environment flexibility.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
